Jonah completed the New Bedford Half Marathon today!!! Go Jonah!!! His time was 1 hour 50 minutes and 43 seconds. So proud of him!! Grammy and Scooter came to cheer him on with the boys and I. It was a great day here sunny and in the 60's. So nice out!! Ben and mom waiting to cheer Jonah on at the finish line.

Today was a great day. The best part was Jonah was home all day- always the best part in the boys and my eyes. Jonah took the boys to an equipment auction this am and gave me the morning to myself!!! A huge gift. Then this afternoon we went on a walk at a trail at Dartmouth Natural Resource Trust. They have this story walk that they have partnered with the library and have a story that they break up and have the story on the walk. The boys loved it! They kept running up to the next page on the posts. We had never been on one of the trails and it was really nice. There is another story trail that we can hopefully do this week.

Tomorrow Jonah is running in the New Bedford Half Marathon. Big race!!! We are so excited to see him race and to cheer him on.

We finally go to the gym today. Its been a week since we last went. Darn stomach bug!! Then we had the dentist for Jacob and Caleb. They did so well sitting all by themselves and getting their teeth cleaned. Jacob really wanted me to sit with him but I convinced him there wasn't enough room and he was okay with holding my hand the whole time. Caleb did great after watching Jacob get his teeth cleaned. I think its the unknown that scares them the most. So once they see it they are fine. Ben should be a pro when he goes in the fall!!

Then we raced home to have a visit with Honey who took us out to lunch at Naughty Dawgs. Each boy had one whole hot dog plus fries!! They were really hungry. And then this evening we have swimming lessons. Busy day for everyone!!

Today we went to the zoo. We've been trying to stay outside and get fresh air lately. Too much time cooped up makes us all crazy!!! The boys got to run around at the zoo this morning which was fun. Lots of work being done there so lots of new things to watch. The crane over by the carousel pavilion was a huge hit. I think we watched that longer than any of the animals!!

Then this afternoon the boys had an unexpected play date at a neighbors house. They ran outside for hours and were beat tired by the end of the day!! Love it when they run for hours.

Jacob went to school today which is great but Caleb stayed home. His stomach is still bothering him. So he went to a makeup music class with us today with Rhonda at Music Together. He loved it!!! He's been asking when he could come so it worked out well. Hopefully he's good by Thursday for school!

We got the official phone call that Jacob got into Kindergarten at the local Catholic school. Exciting news for him!!! We absolutely love where he is now but its 35 min away so this will be closer which is better. Hopefully it works out and we love it as much as his current school.

We still have the stomach bug over here. Not good!!! Caleb is the only one vomiting but no one else is feeling great. Lots of hanging out today.

First haircut for Ben!!! Its been a long day coming. His hair was a little shaggy with lots of fly aways! He watched Jacob get his hair buzzed and afterwards hopped right up. I cut a few strands for his baby book and after that he got buzzed. He sat still the whole time! What a good boy!! It looks so much nicer now!

This was also a great day because its the first time Jonah was home all day in weeks. Poor guy has been working 7 days a week and LONG hours for awhile now so it was so nice to have him here. I love that we had breakfast together 2 days in a row. I am a big fan of family meals and eating together so this was great.
